Rick's Laptop Won't Charge

This happened to our laptop a while ago, and when we took it to Best Buy, they were like, "Oh, see how the chord wiggles when it's plugged in? That means we need to fix it." And they said it was gonna take 4 weeks, because they had to ship it and everything. Then we took it to this other local place, and they said It would take 5 days for them to do it there. Then when we got it back, the thing still wiggled, and it still wouldn't charge. We took it back, and they gave us a new charger, and then it worked. We got the charger for free though......
