Puppet is way too nice of them; they aren't even controlled by Nexon's consciousness, yet willfully be what they are.

And lol, the Terms of Service does not compel you to read every single announcement Nexon makes, now does it? They seriously have no goddamned clue what they're talking about.
Not at all bothered by this SC, I'm expecting a follow-up emergency one though (schedualed).
