[0.88] [ENG] Dual Blade Skill Tables

I didn't notice how mp costly DB skills were until you actually use them @_@ Thorns is 400mp, MI is 200mp, and chains is 75mp, kinda gets annoying in the dojo and drpq.

For all classes without base critical, +35% critical chance for +125% damage (weapon classes) or 2.25x damage (magic classes).
