Of the ones I've used...
Top - 5 def 1 mdef (actually could be 6 def, not sure, I was expecting it to add to str/dex which it did not)
Belt - 1 str 2 def 2 mdef
Weapon - 3 atk 3 acc
I've heard of other people getting 3 atk also.
I think Magnifying Glasses are available at every potion NPC, at least in areas we share with KMS.
