Khaini Channel 7 - Glitched?

I cannot talk in To-All Chat,neither use my 'Viagra' Macro o.o

I mean,the message doesnt appear..Is this happenning to someone else?

ch 8 Scania same thing, theres a ingame message saying they know about it and that channals now quite channal or somthing, said it will be fixed later ;P
