I think there's a few things wrong with that build personally. Level 1ish barrage lasts for a long ass time since like you said with max ST you won't need it much, yet your build suggest not putting points in barrage at all. Also, ST only has a 12 second cooldown if you have max combat orders always active.
20 seconds and 12 seconds. OOOOOO big difference.
But yeah, I meant to add 1 barrage in there somewhere. Forgot about it.

Those numbers are nice. You're doing more damage than I calculated I would be doing with my JMS Viper's new range post Big Bang (without any potential equips, that is). Your range is smaller, too... I must have made some errors or things have really changed since I last calculated it. Either that, or I'm missing out on something...
Anyway, I just hope these numbers are good enough to put us on par with the rest of the classes, rather being dumped far behind like we were pre-Big Bang. =/
I dunno about your calculations, but after big bang, a few patches later we got superbuffed, and i don't think %s or my range changed. It just doubled my damage out of nowhere, and i'm not sure if it was from fixing criticals or not.
