No particular reason, it was just a showcase image of what I have on the account I made for someone else. The ring's what I'm wondering about though, I haven't played in almost a year and it was 300~400m for an average one back during the event. Here we are a year later and it and the other Miwok ring are still the only tradable rings in the game. Also, mine is 1 dex above average. 
There are absolutely NONE in the market from what I can tell, so it might not even have a real price anymore.
