I think each level teir effects extends to the previous teir. Example my weapon has +6% and +4% bonuses.
Also Enhancements cannot be reset by cube (I think).
Also if you enhance for the first time and say get WDEF and MDEF, if you enhance again will it increase the amount of WDEF and MDEF? Or would it be random again, I'm leaning towards random again.
