I think someone said it doesn't stack (Additively) but it may stack multiplicatively. They ddin't report any testing though.

That someone is right; the % stats stack off one another, so having 5 +9%s is equal to about +54%, and not +45%.

This means that % stat increases, such as str, dex, luk, and int, and more vauleable than +%attack, because +%attack can only be found on weapons, but +%stat can be found on anything (I think), making stats easier to stack and much more effective--unless you're low leveled and have low str/dex/luk/int.
