I speak Spanish to my family, Dutch to my elementary/high school teachers and friends in the Netherlands and English everywhere else. I also think in English.
Sadly, I've been in the US for so long now (2 years seems long to me), I lost a lot of my fluency in both Spanish and Dutch, especially Dutch, so I understand them better than I speak them. In the case of my family, though, they barely speak English so I have to and only speak Spanish around them.
