Either it's rare, or they accidentally removed it. Have you found any other books there? SE30? FS20?

It was for anyone that came across the image outside of Southperry and to protect the other users.
As for skills, I've only came across a few skills books:
Magic Mastery 20 (fairly common)
Freeze Standing 20 (fairly common)
Speed Infusion 20 (rare)
Battleship Torpedo 20 (rare)
Achilles 20 (semi-rare)
Anything else hasn't dropped. What about CWK, can ACA30 come from that?
