Yes. Agreed completely. You know what's even more disappointing? I had always considered the possibility that just maybe that Urahara would train Tatsuki, Keigo, and Mizuiro's spiritual powers so that they wouldn't still be useless characters after he caught them watching Ichigo leave through the garganta. Sadly, I was mistaken when they reappeared. Nothing's getting accomplished at all, and it's just been straight out comedic relief going on most of the time- what, with the afro guy popping out, Kanonji looking like an idiot, and so forth.
OneManga going down isn't a big deal at all. Yes, publishers are cracking down on sites like OneManga, but that's not stopping the scanlators from bringing out more content. In fact, OneManga was never much of a big deal anyways.
Downloading it from IRC/DDL > Mangahut (now gone) > Mangafox > Onemanga
In terms of quality. Why? Because sites like OneManga wind up having a lot of image resizing due to its user-updated nature, and that creates artifacts- resulting in poor quality. If you want the fastest updates, downloading from IRC/DDL directly from the translators is the fastest way. After that, it really depends on how fast a user submits it to one of those three sites, since it's all user updated. For the Big Three, which Cheesecake talks about a lot in this thread, Mangastream is one of the best choices since they pretty much only specialize in major shonen titles and they're usually pretty quick about updating and you get excellent quality other than having to put up with them watermarking every page. Personally, I don't like downloading my stuff either- I'm paranoid about the slightest risk of viruses; but there are far better choices than OneManga in terms of quality, like MangaToshokan.
