Regarding the revamp and sharp eyes.

Is there any concrete proof? NexonKR could have just left the animations there (but disabled the party-cast property) because they were too lazy to care. x.x

Nope, no proof. Just educated guessing.

Just go find some unidentified gloves, magnify / miracle-cube away and find that RARE glove with SE! :+)

P.S. Don't forget to get that extra night-time job to cover for NX costs...
