Can dual blades save points between jobs?

There's a lot of conflicting info available even on southperry, and devil's recent threads had me worried. Besides that, you know full well that they've changed the system around in KMS at least twice. Trying to get my goat?



I just did a few cursory google searches and found not only the info you wanted, but a video guide as well. I'm not interested in spoon feeding everyone I meet basic information. Perhaps someone else around here will do it for you.
