It's different when the minimum value comes into play (and the maximum value, but barely).

Hitting 750mil requires you to hit 220 standard deviations from the mean of 7.5mil. Hitting 3 or more standard deviations (assuming it's normally distributed) is already less than a 0.15% chance (<0.15% chance to get more than ~14mil).The universe is more likely to explode than you hitting 750mil =/
