This is like what happens in Private Servers when people dupe the currency of that server.
*person gives friend the items*
*Friend saves and logs off*
*Person who gaves the items stays on which results in rollback and the item is still there when he logs on*
Im guessing the other person made a mule bought the chairs then logged off then the hacker crashed the server which resulted in the mule having a chair and the main having them 2
double the chair.
