Adventurer Firsts Jobs are 000 - 500
Then a random 900 job as a GM
Cygnus are the 1000s
Legends are 2000s
Resistance are the 3000s
Then a another GM job with 9000.

This makes me believe they don't plan on making more than a 9000 race. If you subtract 3 from your 9 estimate, for Legend, that leaves one for 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 thousand, as well as another Something-Gaiden.

Then again, the GM jobs use to be 500 and 510.
