Since they totally revamped the accuracy formula to the point where stats hardly mean anything anymore, a warrior/mage or pirate/mage class is no longer out of the question. The primary class would be Warrior/Pirate, for reasons that should be obvious later.
Such a class could bring up interesting build options - use the already statless swords to go weapon attack route, or create a new statless Rapier set of weapons for the magic attack route (strictly defined as warrior/pirate only)?
(I'd hope that such a class would encourage using one-handed weapons only. They'd also have to create a few non-mage Shields that give INT. They'd have to change all 1H Swords to be equippable by Pirates as well, assuming they use this idea and go with the Pirate/Mage instead of the Warrior/Mage route.)
---
Each of the Legends look like they'll have their own special gimmick. Originally, I thought the Archer Legend's gimmick was going to be what the Wild Hunter now does. Now I'm leaning towards the idea that the Archer Legend is going to use the same system as Wild Hunter, but with bows and the ability to summon different monsters instead. Or hell, they could make the Archer Legend an Archer/Mage hybrid with a new set of Spell Bow weapons, although I'd think they would save that for the Archer Gaiden class instead (assuming there are going to be any more Gaiden classes).
I have no idea what Thief and Pirate could possibly do though. Perhaps Pirate could do something like the Pirate/Mage hybrid thing mentioned earlier?
---
EDIT: Spadow has mentioned a few times in his comments that there was some kind of Q/A session with Nexon regarding Big Bang, and Nexon representatives said that the other three Legend classes are being released next year. I do agree that the Resistance will not get filled up any further, though. I also think that Adventurer Gaiden will only get another Archer and Pirate class before stopping.
