Resistance:
Nothing says "I resist" better than a freaking Axe warrior! Just chunk em to bits. No fancy tricks, just all power babe. They could use an axe-throwing skill, a rolling-axe high speed movement that rushes and attacks everything as you pass by, and heavy hitting skills that break monsters armor and damage resist.
The thief could be a cloaking and sly attack based specialist. He can attack while being hidden, and get haste from being hidden only. He could also disguise himself as other mobs and attack as them. They could also have a skill that at max level mimics another job skill of your choice. For example, party a Bishop, cast "mimic" and have him heal you, you'll memorize heal. Party a Bucc, cast "mimic" and have him use Dragon Strike, you'll memorize it. You can only memorize one skill at a time, and learning a new one overrides the previous one.
