[1.2.328] Battlemages get their spotlight

the chakra description is hella wrong, and has been since day one. you take even less damage when you get hit during chakra (and even less after the BB update). unless you don't know the enemies you train on, or a COG hax hits you from across the map, you should be fine.

You're right, chakra does lower pots costs signifigantly. However, the training speed is also decreased by a bit. It's a lot harder for me to chain my stuff when trying to use Chakra. And having my HP below 50% always has made me edgy.
