But no, in GMS they never mentioned the deal with that kid. If you do the Smores quest the Agent mentions him, but he doesn't give much detail. There's a hole in the quest data right after the Smores quest, so I always expected a follow up to explain the kid, but it hasn't materialized.

In the KMS mansion there's a boy NPC who looks a lot like that.

Still don't know what his deal is though.

That's the kid from the grudge.
