Actually, on the bottle of the Tylenol that I've taken, it says, "acetaminophen-caffeine w/codeine". What exactly would caffeine help with, anyways?
And @Tobias: Wouldn't removing one of your wisdom teeth be bad, since the tooth it's normally supposed to bite against will have no partner?
