This. This makes it seem like Pink Been will become the current Horntail. I would love to see the fight with no one having such a huge level advantage as in the screen shot. They should make it drop a lil extra if you have no more then 10 levels over the boss imo.
This does open up new content for higher levels... content that has been missing for eons. I wonder if they will actually do so now...
