If you normalize those to 100 luk (assuming base luk is appropriate) you get HTP (4*844+100)*200=6952, MoN (4*810+100)*210=7014
It's not a big difference. But the more base INT you have the better the MoN gets - and oppositely the more M.ATK you have the better the HTP gets.
If Chaos HTPs have 2 egg-able slots then they'll most likely be better than MoNs. (7240 if you take base luk to 100, 7000 if you leave it at 140)
