Well, you could of have the excessive dex in luck in the first place when you're adding your points.

But if you are a dexless rab/craven/whatever user you might as well try to equip a craven or sleeve instead of a scarab with that much dex.

The attack bonuses from a claw is much more higher than the attack bonuses from luck equipment.

Yes, you can. But only it the atk of a craven would beat the scarab. 60 atk scarab vs a 60atk craven. The scarab wins by the 30 luk saved (6 level ups). That's why I said

What your final claw is dictates what your equipment should be. Whether it's a skanda, craven, scarab, caster, or sleeve.

But the point was the scrolling for or wearing luk equips does not completely ruin the idea of low dex which was something you said.
