If Enrage and Advance Combo work they way they appear to at face value, Heroes do 2016% per Brave Slash. I wouldn't count them out.
I'm hoping that there won't be enough of a DPS difference between classes for there to be a need for such a list, and post-revamp, your gear will matter much more than what class you are.
