This shadower at level 175 is already hitting damage cap with assassinate lol. They need to raise the damage cap to atleast 2mil for them.

Another BM video. But the damage still seems very random so probably not the latest patch. I see around 13-18k regular hits and criticals going as high as 31k. I can only notice 2 arrow impacts, one for hurricane and the other for final attack. Can't see anything different for vengeance or mortal blow, maybe someone else can catch something.
