30% crit chance to deal +10% min critical damage, with a 10% chance of 5% of that damage being added to HP.

I hope Fiel made a mistake with the variables as well, but even if the Crit rate stayed at 35%, it isn't doing much now, is it? More of an aesthetic effect to me.
