Spearman:
- Dragon Crusher's damage increased from 140% to 145%
- Dragon Roar's HP consumption increased from 5% to 15%
- Judgement Dragon's minimum critical damage increased from 10% to 15%. Crit rate reduced from 10% to 5%.
- Dark Force's HP requirement changed from 30% to 20%. Damage reduced from 60% to 50%.
- Beholder's duration between buffs changed so it doesn't go to 0 when using Combat Orders. Beholder's WATK, WDEF, and MDEF are now smart-cased. ACC and EVA are not smart-casted.

Holy f'uck are you serious? What the f'uck does moving the threshold from 30% to 20% do, and it obviously justifies giving us a 17% dmg nerf, on ALL skills.
