Let's aim really high and say the 4 attack is roughly equal to ~36-40 STR or 9-10 STR per attack at the Big Bang patch. A single +9% STR from shoes for a Bucc of your level will at the very least gain about 60-70 STR, which will be about the equivalent of ~7-9 attack shoes. Try the current ratio of 4 attack being ~24-28 STR and the difference just increases even more. Yup facestompers are going to blow hard after people start discovering the true potential of potential scrolls as well as the power of farming for unidentified equipment.
