MW32 (instead of MW30) is only a 1% increase, which translates to more like 0.7% irl boost.
And taken overall, 16% MW is still about a 13% boost to overall damage.
16% MW is about a 6-7% increase in overall damage for a well funded character...unless +% gear is applied after MW? I guess that makes sense.
