I doubt we'll ever see the black magician.
MMO's aren't like console games - You're not supposed to beat them. They don't have an end.
The black magician is just some infinitely powerful master of the other side figure who will continue to send threats against the world while never revealing himself or facing it directly, just to get around ever having to deal with facing him and quantifying him and dealing with what comes after him.
