Like so many other times, they'll release a major patch that requires half to three-quarters of a day to copy & paste the data update the new data and test it, then let it go live without rechecking some gaping hole they missed. Which will, of course, be abused for up to a week before the next server check fixes it (+52 HTPs), or, in situations of total pandemonium, fixed by the end of the day with an emergency server check (Chaos duping).
