Ridley Stone Rewards

Okay, so this is very interesting. I was just talking to a guildmate of mine (16x Hero), and he was telling me his GF used a Ridley Stone + Balrog Claw and got a [Mastery Book] Snipe 30. That's a HT-only mastery book, for those of you who don't know. She didn't screenshot, but she still has it - and I know he isn't lying. He saw it himself, too.

HT-only mastery books from Ridley? Do you know what this could mean? Plus I remember very distinctly NXProse or someone of that sort said something like they wanted to make a few of the harder to get mastery books easier for people. This could be very interesting.
