A question about equip requirements

You can use a MW cast to start a chain though. For example, if you have 100 base dex and two different items that require 120 dex and add 10 dex, you can't equip them normally, but if you get 19+ MW casted on you, you will be able to equip them and keep them on even after MW expires.
