Area Bosses & Altair Camp NPCs

Can't be in elin, it'd have to be in the present. We can't very well go and kill him in the past and still have the Nautilus chasing after him now can we?

Not that Im saying this is true or that he is even in Elin but its possible to defeat him and he escapes at the end, like Pink Been
