I just got done watching the i/l video. I understand now, they are a tiny bit more
powerful than bishops, only they have a very fluid like style of training which gives them
a nice advantage over bishops.

Basically multiply every CL hit by 1.25 and Ice-element hit by 1.1 and you'll have their GMS power.


Part of the Marksman video I posted finally loaded and it seems that Snipe only does 500k damage now, but the cooldown is 5 seconds. FA also works with Ultimate Strafe.
