I've played Diablo II, if that's what you're referring to, and finding godly equipment there is completely different because that's how the game started out. They're introducing a system that'll jump everyone's DPS by huge amounts - everyone's. Item prices can only go down with such an influx of affordable equipment that's beyond godly by our standards. Also, I just didn't know to what extent an item could be scrolled with the potential system; I play the game for skills and classes so I've spent my time researching new classes.
How does the earrings have multiple +% stat bonuses? I thought rating worked differently. Do they stack?
