You gotta play some D2 to understand where this is coming from. All equipment that can drop will have a chance to come with an unidentified status, which means oodles of chances to get clean equipment with stuff like this for free; thousands of equipment are dropping every day so it's bound to be quite a handful of such godly blessed equipment out there. +stars are of course an entirely different story.
