I see what they did...
As we all know, exp cut curve appears to get smaller towards the higher levels. Where it seemed to be 70% less before 100, we eventually see about a 50% cut at the 12x levels, and even later levels have a smaller cut.
Basically they've cut a great deal of the grind where it sucks the most, BEFORE you have access to a ton of fun skills, and left in the grind at the end. Where everyone pretty much kicks ass.
I applaud nexon on that decision, if you're going to put mind-numbing grind in a game, put it towards the end where people will be less tortured by lack of skills or a new job is on the horizon... smarter game design achieved.
