You can clearly see in this video that Final Attack seems to trigger 40% of the time with Hurricane.
There are the typical bright yellow impact markers (Hurricane itself), the orange markers which disperse on hit (Final Attack) and the purple markers, which I suppose is the Mortal Blow effect?
*note the bowmaster in this video has an abnormally low range, or simply dealing low damage to the monsters, after the new formula he should realistically be doing double that damage with GMS equips after defence.
