As far as I'm aware, Brave Slash now has the same delay as Crusher, and DrKs would be using Sacrifice in the situtations that the Hero uses Enrage in.

No, they aren't. Brave Slash is significantly stronger and faster. And enrage is much better than sacrifice too.
