Feh, I decided to give up looking through Insoya for now. All I'm getting now through the translations are threads asking for new skill builds, along with a whole bunch of ticked off KMS Bowmasters saying something about quitting and playing Heroes and Arans and stuff. Final Attack is getting brought up a lot now, which leads me to think that they actually know how it works, but the language barrier...

I don't think the patch is even done yet. I guess we'll have better luck finding info in the morning.
