There is a separate "Magical Accuracy" meter next to "Weapon Accuracy".
Not sure how kMS likes statless builds. zHelms are dirt cheap in the FM, compared to gMS. I'd think statless builds are common.
And Archers, and NLs (they deserve it), and pirates.
