Which ring for a Dragon Knight?

Dude, you can stop with the persecution complex. I don't give a sh'it what you do with your character, got it? What I do care about is the wrong information being spread out when the alternatives can be clearly and rigorously compared and defined. This is science, not a personal attack.

I never said it was a personal attack, I just feel it's largely uneccessary to post my stats out there just for the sake of someone trying to aid my decision.

This thread is about discussing the benefits of each ring for a DrK. Stop pretending anyone cares what you do with your own character. If this thread was about whether DrKs should get STR or LUK and you decided LUK was better for your character, that's totally fine, but also completely irrelevant to the discussion. The benefits of the critical ring over the cruel ring have been pretty well defined and your personal choice doesn't really hold any weight.

If I was really pretending anyone cares what I do with my character I would go even further as to brag/flaunt or use my level or gear as weight in my discussion, which I feel is rather silly and uneccessary. Again, I'd rather not hand the calculating to you, as I'm perfectly capable of doing it myself. I could care less if a thousand people argue against me--I've done the calculations and I can safely say that my decision is final. From what I've seen, the majority of the higher level warrior community on kradia chose cruel ring, so don't go assuming I didn't ask any of them for advice first. I would trust their opinion over anyone elses' when it comes to these matters. Maybe it's time some people lay off the bandwagoning and consider that not everyone does everything the same, and just because something looks good on paper doesn't mean it'll have the same outcome when the concept is applied to reality. Otherwise, I appreciate your effort for at least trying to help--just realize that I have very credible friends that I would personally rather take advice from. If you really feel my input isn't contributing toward anything, I'll make an effort to get both rings before the event ends and time my boss kills.
