New skills and new monsters means new rate of experience gain. It might be faster than preBB, it might be slower. Without knowing that, it's hard to give a clear estimate of leveling speed.
I'm just saying, I have high hopes given the situation. At the very least it opens up new spots for those who are 150+ and have damage that makes hunting anything easy.
