the difference between the two rings of each of my appled crusher numbers is very noticeable. i looked at how each ring would effect my dps and i'm getting the cruel ring
Why don't you just give dusk your char stats and see what math says, not what you see and think says. People thought vegas were broken cause they failed some, when they werne't.
I'm more inclined to believe dusk since math doesn't lie.
