Is experience distribution still the same? (i.e. 60% damage, 40% party split)

Is it Windows 7 compatible, or is it still LOLXP only if you don't want to dc at bosses?
kMS fixed it quite a while ago. Unfortunately, gMS hasn't picked it up yet.
