Obviously, since ST's attack bonus is larger than anything else (40 attack is better than both energy charge and almost literally every other attack pot in the game (in KMS)), and it lasts 95% of the time, ST is worth it.
what bout the other skills for bucs? CSB is basically the same cept 6 hits now and is double upper spammable?
