It's waaaay unconfirmed, but it's said that BM's and Corsairs share the same Speed rates with Rapid fire and Hurricane.
If Hurricane has the speed with 300Milsecond Animation delay + 0.060Milsecond shot intervals, then thats gotta make BM's on par with MM's.
